i prefer to pay with my credit card, i don't feel comfortable with taking alot of money in my pocket just incase i got mugged or anything bad happened etc!

The only furniture we got was financed through the store , most of what we have was bought used at a second hand store with cash or given to us by someone who was going to get rid of it because they had got something new , but the few things we did get was financed .

cash cash and always cash. I will never use credit again it will get you into trouble. Plus my credits bad so they wont give me credit anyways lol.

I never carry cash. I usually put it on my credit card (and earn airline miles) or if the store gives you a better deal to finance through them, I'll go that way. I've done several 12-months-same-as-cash deals where I can spread the payment out over a year and NOT pay any interest or finance fees.

Since the purchase of furniture for the home would be a planned event. We would pay for it with a credit card and then pay it off when the bill came at the end of the month. I wouldn't feel comfortable carrying that much cash on me.

with cash. i try not to finance to many things because my theory is "if you don't have the money for then you don't need it"
