Big bad brave dogs

Is your dog braver inside than outside? My crazy doberman goes nuts and barks her head off at other dogs she sees outside when she's in the house. When I let her out, though, those same dogs just aren't nearly as offensive. She suddenly has no urge to bark them. She's really mean to the dogs on TV too!
