In our workplace we got meet as lot of people and we cannot take away the fact that we have to cope with their behavior to have a smooth working relationships with them...But if your colleagues or officemate is too rude for you to handle, how do cope with it?

Well, you will always come across these people, what works for me is to be nice to them regardless of how hard it is to be nice to them sometimes. You just smile and pretend you like them. In the end, they usually just drop that rudeness and be nice to you as well.

I think of what I would love to really tell them, and I tell them the opposite of it, and be really nice to them, I kill em with kindness tactics, over time it can really wear rude people down into becoming nice people. But I also do not make anymore contact with them then I have to, so avoidance is also a good tactic. - DNatureofDTrain
