|  I saw them last year and they were great. It was an outdoor festival and Bob Dylan and The Flaming Lips played too.
I just noticed there were no Violent Femmes discussions so I thought I'd try starting one.

| | Bob Dylan was the reason I went. He was actually a little disappointing, he only played a little over an hour and his heart didn't seem to be in it. I'm still glad I went though, it was a once in a lifetime experience.
The Flaming Lips were great though, they really put on a show. So did the Violent Femmes, I wasn't expecting to enjoy them as muc as I did. | | | |

| |  I got to see them live and up front at the Warsaw this past October. It was the best night of my life. I hope to see them again soon, but they only tour abroad more than the states what a bummer.

| |  no, but would love to go to one their shows. vf have been one my favorite bands for a really long time. i wasn't even sure if they were still playing gigs, it's good to hear that they are.
