What will you do when you feel sad?

Nice response, thanks. But what if you've done all that and still the feeling in still there keeps on coming? Crazy feeling isn't it but sometimes we can't help but face it maybe because you can't help it coming to and perhaps you have no strenght to battle it since you are so down and even friends has no power to cheer you up. But what you really will realize if you have friends though you feel so down, lonely and turn into pieces, the reality is not you are not alone in your journey and that life has to go on and on. It's hard to tell yourself to do that when you are on the situation but with friends around you it makes a real difference in your life. Thanks and you're really looks more gorgeous on that.

i've forgot to add that aside from friends..you can also hang up with GOd, go to church..pray..and be relieved tell him all your insights. Although you can't hear his reply you will feel relieved by just talking to him. Thanks for the complement, ur so nice!

That's the best thing a person could do. Because the moment you lift your burdens to him, you won't notice, when you wake up in the morning you feel relieved and energized ready to face the new world right in front of you with lots of hope that whatever you do you will never fail because He is there to guide you. Doing things that makes you feel better sounds a good idea and sometimes when you have somebody who listens to you is much better that staying in one corner crying, blaming other people on what they have done to you, worst thing blaming God why he is experiencing such situation, etc...
