How often do you break strings on your guitar?

I've broken a few strings, but very rarely. I broke a lot more strings on violin and viola.

I was bad about changing guitar strings and didn't buy new ones every 6 months, but instead usually waited a year or so. Even though guitar strings are a lot cheaper than violin and viola strings.

almost everytime i played guitar with my band i always breaking strings on my guitar.I love blues sir.it makes my finger cant stop to dance on the guitar floor.

using the tremolo bar in my floydrose equiped guitar makes me break strings more often.. i use .10 string sets and tuned and locked to D. but with my other guitar that is only equiped with a stop tail piece bridge, i guess i only change them because of rust or just natural wear and tear effect.

I don't clearly know how often i break the strings, i think it's around one string per 2 months.

I didnt only when I studied on guitar. I broke up once a month:D
