i am using AVG now and has 3 years
before using Norton but when update fail my system always stuck, so i have uninstall norton

i use morton antivirus 2006 to me is very good
i buy this antivirus last year
if you want free antivirus so you right AVG is the best free antivirus

Earlier I used to think that Norton was the best, but since I have started using AVG, I do consider it to be the best available in the market.

The best free antivirus is AVG there is no question about it.
But as far as paid versions are concern I think Mcafee is the best as its internet security is commendable.

Looks like the majority of us here uses AVG. Before I also uses Norton and McAffee, but when malaware became famous, I've switched to AVG, until now. But the sad news is I think February 18, 2007 is the last day of the Free AVG Anti-Virus. How sad. :(

Free anti-viruses are very good, but in order to have the best, you require to buy one. At present, Kaspersky is the best among all available anti-virus software. But if you are personal user, then AVG is good enough for you.

i've heard alot about Norton virus,but i have used mcafee.and i have'nt had no problem with mcafee,but i guess there is a first time for everything.

well i have used heaps of anti virus programs including kaspersky avg norton etc but the one im using now is NOD32 its just perfect very protective around my computer and its excellent

I used to use norton antivirus but it started giving problem so i had to stop using it.best antivirus i used ever is AVG-Antivirus. its more secure to use AVG although i also used Norton and Mcafee and many more. but now i am satisfied with the AVG antivirus. its absolutely free for home users and the updates are quite easily updated without so much of time. and it gives the high performance for my computer. Many a times when i am sharing something in my LAN, AVG immediately detects which type of virus is this and completey wipe out the viruses. So i would like to prefer AVG antivirus and also suggest you to use avg instead of any other antivirus.
