 I was thinking it was that creepy lawyer guy. He is such a smarmy hanger on. Every photo she has been in lately, he is lurking in the background. I'm thinking he made sure to keep her just high enough to look really stupid so that when she did die, it would certainly appear that she must have O'D'd. What do you think?

SpitFire179 (1391) | 2 years ago |  I thought the same thing, but I'm not quite sure about that, i mean look at everything, yeah she seemed like she was pretty high, but she also seemed sick, with something... I thought she may have killed herself because of all the recent events, but she was soo happy about moving into her own home and that, even though she seemed really spaced, i don't think she would leave her daughter for her own selfishness... it may be the lawyer, but i think it was probably something else, some poison or something, especially because of the fever and colapsing...

2.  patgalca (5242) | 2 years ago |  I've been thinking about this and I realized that Anna's son would have inherited her money and estate. Hey, but he died. So who inherits now? The guy who had a commitment ceremony with her? Not an actual marriage, but a commitment ceremony (though I have no idea what the difference is). It is possible he did it for her money. I worry about what will happen with the baby though. I still think that other guy deserves to know whether the baby is his or not because it has been obvious she was lying about a relationship with him.
Latest news reports say there were no pills in her stomach, but that doesn't mean anything.

She was on some pretty strong anti-depressants after the death ofher son, and with the press hounding her, and now this guy sueing for custody of the baby, I can see her taking even more than she should have accidentally. And they do tend to biuld up in the body

There wasn't any traces of pills in the gut, so I think either she had taken too many not by accident, just too many over the course of the night and then the next day. I bet that scum Stern hired her nurse too. Better a nurse hang around you than an actual friend. They aren't being paid. | |

I think that she was probably on heavy anti depressants due to the death of her son and the custody question over her daughter, but I don't think that she would have intentionally done anything to cause her daughter to go through life without her mother. Anna Nicole seemed like a devoted mother to Daniel when he was growing up, so I would think that she would be just as devoted to DannieLynn.
As for Howard K Stern, just not sure about him. He did seem to care about her, but whether he loved her or not I just can't seem to make up my mind about that one.
I just feel sorry for the baby now. She is the one who will be hurt the most by all of this.
