 Love can never be defined.. even by someone who's been alot when it comes to loving.. but what if you truly love this person and everything seems not to be so right when you're together, do you Hold On or just Let Go..
what if the one you love loves someone else, and though he/she is not making any move towards that other person, you know deep in your heart that his/her heart doesnt belong to you anymore.. will you hold on and fight for your love or do you accept the truth and let him/her go..
what if the two of you have been together for such a long time but you're not bringing out the best of each other and you know someone elso will..would you try to fix things up and hold on or assume that things will never get better and decide to let go..
love is holding on, fighting for what you feel..but sometimes love is letting go, setting free knowing he/she will be happy if you do..
is love holding on? or is it letting go?

ive dated a guy before that i thought i loved but in the long run i fell for another guy, then i realized and concluded that i didnt love him in the first place. i just thought i did. then now im with my boyfriend for 3years and since we started dating i never got attracted to anyone..and though ive been close to alot of my male co workers, i feel like im not capable anymore of liking someone else.. maybe you just thought u love your husband.. or maybe you love him before and fell out of love for him without you knowing it..
in this case.. i think love should be letting go.. it will be unfair for him and for you too.. | |

it also depends on how strong a person is.. for somebody who is weak and who needs constant care and a companion, then holding on might be the option coz this kind of person might be afraid of being lonely so instead of letting go he/she might hold on.. but for the strong ones, letting go and moving on will be a little easier for them... | |

My act of letting go may seem heroic but that would especially endanger the future of the one I truly love by making her life vulnerable to a mediocre life by ending up with someone who is not me. I am that someone who loves her more than anyone will ever will. With me I know she will get the best so if I truly love her it is my responsibility to hold on and ensure a good future, especially a good future of her...if all this makes any sense at all. I believe you can never force anyone to stay with you no matter how much you love that person. If that person is not happy with you anymore, how can he/she then makes you happy. It becomes a relationship that is based only on co-existance. He/she might just stay with you out of obligation but never really be happy. The worst that can happen will be resentment will build up and then you will really lose the person. Letting go is the hardest that anyone will have to go thru but sometimes it is the only way to go:)
