It's Making Me Blush, But I Have To Ask, Who/What are Anime?

It's okay dear, sometimes their are things we can't really understand and we have to ask others. Anime - it's a japanese animation. which means, cartoons made by japanese. They are those cartonns we see in T.V. who looks like japanese.:) the first Anime is "ASTROBOY". Here in the Philippines, kids go ga-ga on those animes. "Naruto", "Dragon Ballz" etc...:)

Anime are asian-like cartoons. Personally I dont like them, at least most of them. The only one I was really into was Pokemon. But not anymore. By the way... I think is "cool" that you actually care about your grandsons stuff. My grandma is one of "those" grandmas that dont like technology and dont understand modern youth...

I'm not a fane of Anime but I know it's adult Japanese cartoons or animations that usually full of sex, violence, S&M and similar things.. someone corrects me if I'm wrong:)

Pokoman is the only one I really know, and that's because my grandson taught me. He really loves him. They are Asian forms of cartoons.

Well before i start, i want to explain the basic first. Manga is a japanese comic book, dorama is a japanese serial and Anime is a japanese cartoon. Anime can be appropriate for kids or not. there are some of them has alot of violence and sex (the sex one called hentai). In my opinion many kind of things can be learn from anime, for example friendship, hardwork, hope and many other kind of thing. If you have any question don't esitate to ask:)

It's a type of Japanese artwork used in animation. You have probably seen it and just don't know it. Cartoons like Inyusha, Ghost In The Shell, Full Metal Alchemist, and Showbits are some examples of it. Many of the Anime cartoons though are for adults only. Just so you know. I hope that helps.

I love anime<3 I like to draw, watch, read, all kinds^^ I'm mostly into action shonen-styled anime (Naruto, Deathnote, D.Gray-Man ect) Along with some Shojo-styled romance (Schoolgirl type things, Beauty is the Beast, Absolute Boyfriend, NANA Ect) I always wanted to cosplay, but never got the chance D:

Anime Fanatic!Most kid,teen,singles,adult are a fan for anime. There are anime that are good for kids and have values but also there are some that needs parental guidance.
I have been a anime fanatic since highschool starting from Sailormoon, Ghostfighter, Rayearth, SamuraiX, Gundam, Oh My Goddess and more.
Anime has been a part of most individual because of the the story line, action, thrill, love story, friendships and mostly the creativity of the illustrator.
You can start browsing the net for different all Anime. For Kids you have to be careful because some people have also used anime that need parental guidance or Rated 18.
Loving Anime is wonderful once you start watching. You can ask your friends the anime they love most and try to watch the series.
Every year there is an ANIME event at SM Megamall where those who are an ANIME Fanatic dress up in a costume of their favorite character and the most creative wins an award.
