The L Word Basketball Game...

I've just been catching up with some of the more recent episodes of The L Word on YouTube... We've only had the first two seasons telecast on television in Australia and I'm unsure if they have any intention of playing any more seasons here.
Regardless, I just finished watching the episode with the basketball challenge between Alice and Papi's team. It was one of the funniest L Word moments I have ever seen on so many different levels. The rivalalry that Papi feels towards Shane, and Shane really seems like she couldn't care less. Jenny's outburst towards Tina when she comes to play. And yes, for the record I do like Jenny! I think she's hilarious for having a go at Tina for calling herself gay while she walks down the street holding hands with her male, hetrosexual boyfriend. And when Jenny is ducking away from the ball because she is drinking a coffee on the court, too, too funny.
Helena, I'm liking more and more as the seasons go on. She's growing up and there is a lot more depth around her character now. Big bad Bette starting to slowly come back to her bad self that we knew and loved in season 1. Kit, just being Kit in gold, glittery shoes (*shrugs*)that are a size too small!
My favourite part of this scene however, was when Shane went to Shay after he broke his arm. I think this is a really interesting storyline for the writers to explore with her character. She may finally get the family she has secretly wanted for so long... I just hope the writers don't decide to take Shay away from her and give him back to his mum.
