I try to meditate for at least and half hour or more every morning, and then somehow hang onto that state of consciousness for the rest of the day. After awhile, I wonder what is more real, where I go when I meditate, or this sometimes harsh material world. Anyway, it does give me strength and clarity of mind to get on with my wordly business.
