Face Lift with no surgery

This may sound strange but I have been searching the internet for a long time trying to find something that may be sold that lifts the bottom part of your face if you have jowls. Like some kind of tape that is not visible. Am I insane that something like that exists out there or has someone heard of this. What do they use in the movies to alter peoples faces I know it has been done.
