|  Well, I am really getting tired of all this cold weather. I am ready for spring to arrive. Are you bored from being cooped up in the house yet?
I love spring. Each year, we have a large group at our home for Easter Dinner. My husband usually throws together a few sturdy picnic tables for them to set at. These tables along with our current seating are always filled. I thought that now may be a good time to share the Instructions on building a sturdy Wooden Picnic Table.
Winter is a good time for these kinds of projects because you are cooped up in the house due to the weather. It is good to get out and do something constructive. This project that can be completed in a day. It will look great in your yard or on your patio. Homemade picnic tables are an attractive addition to your landscape. This project is very rewarding. Everyone will love it. Be warned, neighbors will hint at you to make them one. :)

| | I dont know what it is about picnic tables but they just seeem to scream "wonderful food". I love picnics and I love to eat outside on our picnic table in summer. It is like a cafe in our own home. LOL

| |  I can't stop myself from waithing egarly to spring for any kind of out door activites. I love picnic. But for now unfortunately I don't have facilites to set a picinic table for me, because we are in appartment. But still there are tables outside of the appartment to enjoy dinner. I like your idea, hope someday we will aply it for ourself.

| |  Good idea, you are full of useful ideas. I dont think my partner is up to making a picnic table. We do have an old table which we can use in the garden and some folding chairs I think! I will enjoy sitting outside when it is warm enough as long as there not lots of ants crawling around!

| |  You're lucky to have a husband who is able to make all these things. My DH's sister married a similarly skilled man who made lovely things for their house, his parents and her parents. My DH was interested but since we always lived in an urban apartment, there was no space for him to do any woodworking.

| |  Yes I Love spring and fall! I can't wait to get back into my flower garden and doing yard work. I really enjoy being outside and working in the yard. I have never tried to make a picnic table, but I am going to be making some boxes for flowers to put on table tops, so maybe I will make one of these tables for my flower boxes.
