People and long hair!

that's a little price to pay for vanity.

All you need to do is to wash it regularly like everyday as you said. you need to take good care of your hair especially your scalp. It gets sticky and itchy if you don't get to was it regularly. You also need to choose a shampoo that is not to harsh on your hair to avoid split ends. If you have split ends, it will not grow healthy. And also, you need to use conditioner to moisturize your hair and scalp.

My partner has long hair, it falls almost to his waist. He washes it every couple of days and uses a conditioner too. I also have long hair and, like him, I wash it every couple of days and use conditioner. My guy has his hair in a pony tail when he is at work, and I also tend to keep min in a tail when I'm busy. It's not difficult to keep long hair looking good, it just means taking a little more time with it

i have a very long hair and i wash it everyday! i like it when it smells good. i cant sleep if i dont shampoo it. it'll make my scalp itchy!

Well it is not easy to wear long hair,but it is my way to share my feminity...I love my hair and i don't care that i have to spend more time than in short hair case.I am used with it...I wear it short hair until 25 years and then i let it grow....

It's really not hard to take care of long hair. I wash my hair every 2-3 days. I've try before to do it everyday but my hair wasnt beautiful after that. Also I use a conditionner. I go cut my hair twice a year (they say it suppose to be after 3 month, but I have no money for that) and it help.

I've always had long hair because I think I look better with it. And you can do so much with long hair. It should itch when it's long. And ofcourse a daily shampoo is best. I just shampoo mine really fast, if I have time I also condition. From time to time I get hot oil or henna wax to repair my damaged hair. Most of the time, I even iron it to straighten.

I have had long hair forever, I absolutely love it. Its hard to manage yeah you had to tend to it a lot, but it doesn't bother me. I have certain kinds of shampoos and conditioners that I use to take car of it, to keep it from drying out and getting split ends. And yes like a person said before me you have to take care of your scalp also, when washing your hair you have to pay special attention to it, thats why it would get itchy.

Being a teenager it's even harder for me to keep my hair nice. But I couldn't imagine cutting it, I like it when it's well kept. And I always regretted cutting an inch off of one side of my hair when I was little. It gets exceptionally soft..since I have been taking fairly well good care of it lately it's been looking much better.

I wash it everyday, sometimes I'll skip a day if it honestly doesn't need it. I'll use those two in one type shampoos with conditioner in it. I try to keep it brushed as well, since the more knots or dirt you have in it the more it breaks and the shorter it can get.

I have a long hair since childhood and i maintain it until now. I go to parlor every month to trim my hair for about one to two inches. I also apply hot-oil treatment to my hair every two weeks because it's good for the scalp. Then shampoo everyday, for manageable hair and to make it silky shine look.
