For those who've seen Casino Royale

Daniel Craig did quite pretty well but i still prefer Pierce Brosnan as Agent 007.

No he doesn't. He's not good looking enough. But he's sexy enough.

Acting wise yes, but I don't think he looks a thing like James Bond at all.

Daniel Craig had a terrible burden to bear he had to follow the man that revived Bond. The producers said he was a Bond more to the style of Sean Connery, rougher, well in a way he is and Casino Royale is supposed to be the beginning of the James Bond series, there are signs of this in that he is still trying to accept that he is an assasin, also the style and his martini and cars are still in the initial stages. But that is just it. We have seen James Bond evolve we saw him move from the brusque Sean Connery to the arrogant George Lazenby, the funny and elegant Roger Moore and the shakespearian Timothy Dalton to have reached Pierce Brosnan the carisma and style. That is I think the problem we saw him grow up and now we see him as he once was, maybe he will grow up and change and return to the debonare, charming and carismatic Bond with the ice cold stare.

yes it do some..when we talk about james bond or 007 character then it comes to our mind a person who will survive throught the difficulties and impossibilities and for such things i think it suits him...

I think Daniel Craig did a great job. I liked Pierce Brosnan too, but I enjoyed the new Bond. My husband and I were a little worried about the new guy, but we loved it. I think he does suit the roll. I also think it was appropriate that the guy who plays Bond in the story of how he got his start, be a guy that is getting his start as the new James Bond.

I think he played his role surprisingly well:P Everybody thought Casino Royale would flop and it ws one of the best Bond movies. I only wish they would make his character more smooth in next movies. Because it is somewhat justified in CR as it shows Bond who is in the process of becomin himself we all know and like but to kick up a row in embassy is totally not bonish and I hope it won't happen again. So word to word, Daniel Craig is suited for this role, mrrraaw~>:D

Absolutely NOT! I couldn't stand Daniel Craig and he is certainly not the right person to play 007, he's a pretty boy and loves himself too much and doesn't give off the right aura or the right persona to play Bond. He is the worst ever actor who play Bond in my eyes, I much prefer Sean Connery who is the ultimate Bond, then Timothy Dalton who sadly only played Bond twice. Casino Royale was boring and slow mind you if it had been played by another actor I might have enjoyed it more.

Craig doesn't look as arrogant as Brosnan in the persona of Bond, and isn't that closer to the real character himself? Bond in the books was nowhere near as secure and assured as in the movies. Craig portrays that better than Brosnan, and for that, I believe Craig is better suited

It think he does suit the role. More than Timothy Dalton, anyway. He gives the public an impression of being the perfect killer. Passionate and cold-harted at the same time.
