At what age did you lose your virginity.........  | |  .........and in what circumstances?
As for me, I didn't just lose it - I couldn't wait to get rid of it! I was 15, and on holiday at a seaside town in the south of England. I had been trying to meet girls all the week, with no luck - until the day before I was due home....
I met her in an amusement arcade, and we got along well straight away. She was 18, and obviously more experienced than me....we went for a walk along the beach, and finished up having sex in a cave. I wasn't too good at it, but she was very understanding, and steered me in the right direction (so to speak!).
We were so involved in the hanky panky though that we didn't notice the tide coming in, and before we knew it we were up our waist in salt water, which cooled our ardour a little! Luckily we got out before the cave filled up completely...........

My best friend was also 19 and supposedly super religious. All through high school she'd try to convert me to be apostolic like her. So a girl who wore no make up, long skirts, watched no TV, etc ended up losing her virginity to a guy that was in the drug recovery program at her church. I was shocked. A month later, I lost mine because I thought, She lost hers??? What can I say, I was 19 and stupid. It was to a guy who was around 30. He said he wanted to make it really special with roses on the bed, etc. Turned out to be a load of bull though. It was at my grandparents house. I was watching their house when they were out of town. I wish I could say it was great but it really wasn't. He ended up being really weird and a liar. He said he had a roommate, then it changed to he lived with a woman, then it changed to they slept in the same room but didn't have sex. Yeah...whatever.... I dumped him after that. So for my first, I wish it had been nicer and with someone else.

Unfortunately I think quite a lot of women have a bad first experience. With men, especially young men, the drive is more localised, motivated mostly by what's between their legs, whereas women and girls usually have a more emotional approach which can make them vulnerable at such a time.
