My family was kind enough to offer me a chess board a few xmasses ago. That was a very kind thought, as they know I love playing chess. But there's a problem, though... none of them can play chess! It's a bit like offering a pair of shoes to a man with no legs...

Despite all the gadgets that we have nowadays, nothing can beat the excitement of playing these with my siblings, cousins and friends. It's totally different and cannot be compared at all with playing PS2 or online games. And yes, i still play them once in a while..
My all time favourites would definitely be Monopoly, Mad and Scrabble. Mad is just the opposite of Monopoly. We are supposed to loose our money..!! Isn't that just 'mad'? That's why i'm good at it..

Hi, We used to play Scrabble quite regularly but I'm afraid our playing of board games just stretch to Christmas now, which is a shame! Our board game of choice this year was The Simpsons Game of Life! The trouble is remembering all the rules from the last time lol!

Hello manong05! I am at the other end of the world but we were like you, playing monopoly with the kid and now, that the child is grown I love scrabble. It seems both games exist worldwide. I like to play chess, too and when I am alone I play solitaire.
Happy mylotting!
