Favourite in the Trilogy

I would have to agree with you.

I saw the first, which was absolutely revolutionary. The plot, the idea, the story; it was all great! And for once, Keanu Reeves actually looked like he could act.

Then I saw the second one in the cinema, and there's no use saying I was disappointed. I've rarely seen such a bad film. They screwed up the plot so much that it looked more like sci-fi than possible reality. It lost most of its attraction and there was no point on watching it a second time.

The third was the biggest disappointment, especially because I went to see it on my birthday. It just had to be seen to end the trilogy, but seriously, they should just have stuck to the first film.

I feel you man. Do you remember the scene where Neo and the others were running away from the sentinels(Matrix Reloaded) and then suddenly, he turns around waves his hands about, and the sentinels fall to the ground lifeless?

I was quite sure then that in the last part of the trilogy, it will be shown that the "Real world", which Morpheus,Trinity, Neo, and all the others knew and believed and felt as the "Real World",the one they fought hard and died for, the one where they wore ragged and makeshift clothes, was actually just another part of the Matrix, or in other words another simulation by the machines.

I would have liked that twist.

I love the second part Matrix: reloaded. And I found this one a piece of art in movie making. Every character, every dialogue, every scene and every print is art. Specially the special effects are mind-blowing. Such type of movies are very rare and requires great imagination and creativity to built a story on such a complicated plot.

I feel the movie has great potential in it to work on. I hope somebody surely would make next part of it. Because it doesn’t end, actually, the last installment was the real start of Matrix. Lets hope for the best.

The second one is amazing! But only because its so action packed. The first one is by far the best of them all because it really makes you think to understand whats going on. I STILL find myself stumbling upon new possibilities when it comes to the Matrix. And its almost a whole decade later!!
