I can't really speak from the "experienced" point of view seeing that I'm brand new, but I'm starting to actually do it just for fun rather than money. I look for things I enjoy talking about instead of doing as much as I can just for money. Well that's how I see it now, who knows what'll happen later... | |

As for similar sites, there were quite a few that suddenly appeared recently, but they disappeared just a suddenly.
