Are you giving a negative rating to a post when there or most are wrong in grammar, wrong spellings and wrong english?
Only, only if it makes no sense. If I can mostly understand it, I won't give a negative rating. And I don't go looking for posts that are grammatically incorrect. If I can find some semblance of meaning, I won't rate it negative. I understand not everyone is proficient in English.
