Are the beastie boys still together and are they recording still, i found their music not only rythmic but the lyrics quite entertaining.

you know i am really not sure. i haven't heard anything new in a long time. i have sirius satelite radio and i haven't heard anything on there either so i guess that makes the answer no they are not still recording. i used to have their cd's but i have no idea what happened to them. my kids like the song girls. it is really not a good message for them though since they think girls are only for cleaning but they like it.

I have children also who like them. I do not find their lyrics to offensive as i do not take them too seriously as they don'y take themselves to seriously.

Oh the Beastie Boys! I don't know. My son Devin used to listen to them and they were so good! I'm with you -- good lyrics, absolutely. My kids listened to a lot of music I really liked.

They are still recording . The last cd i have was made over 3 years ago. I think it is a very good cd and my kids love them. They are 10 and 9 years old. I can't wait for their next album to come out. The beasty boys are cool. Check Check Check it out.
