Any one else been hypnotised successfully?  

I was hypnotised in june 2004 to stop smoking, I am happy to report I haven't smoked yet! Although I have to admit at first I used to dream that I still smoked and when i awoke I had to think for a few seconds whether I smoked or not! You can be hypnotised for all sorts of reasons ie Phobias, Lack of confidence, shyness etc. I'm even trying to lose weight now with a hypnosis CD.
Has anyone else have been hypnotised succesfully and are willing to share their story please?
