Has anyone ever had a moment of clarity?

Like a epiphany, where something a concept or a feeling made complete sense without the presense of any doubt? What was yours?

I wish I could remember if I have ever had one of those. I have a vague feeling that I have, but I am not really sure as I cannot remember now! Did you ever have one of those?

I've had epiphanies before. The one that comes to mind right away is when my son, then 16, he's 30 now, asked me 2 questions about my faith. I wasn't all that thrilled about my answers, so felt a lack and prayed to understand better, and soon the truths were rolling in and just knocked my socks off. To this day my socks are still knocked off.. And even though i had been learned and firm in my faith before, now I was so grounded and solid, and all the pieces of my understanding of life, where we're from and where we're going, fell into place.

I've had a few. The biggest was when I decided never to have kids. I had always figured I wouldn't want them, but one day, it just hit me. I could never stand them, put up with them, deal with a pregnancy, nothing. So, I'm looking into getting sterilized.
