i'm trying to lose wieght  | | I am starting to workout at the gym and I want to lose wieght. when I went to my doctor and he told me that I was 242. I started to feel really down about myself, so I talk to my husband and decide to join a gym he wants to go to the YMCA and I would like to go to golds Gym I guees it does not matter as long as I can workout. I went to gold's last night and started and when I weight myself there I was at 214 so that show me that I can do this and, I have A friend that is going with me which seem to help so I have sat my goal at well I would like to be a size 12 and wieght between 145 and 135. give or take
