| JoyfulOne (4267) | 3 years ago |  I don't use that brand, I use Hawaiian Tropic, or Banana Boat. It's most important to me to use sunscreen as I'm a farmer and spend most of the day outside, especially in the good weather. My Dad never used it (a farmer, too) and when he got older he had many bouts of having skin cancer and having it removed. Those of us who are fair skinned red heads have to really watch out!

We have Avon kids purple spray, factor 30 which goes on purple so you can see where it is until gently and easily rubbed in. We have never had any burns, and we all have sensitive skin, epsecially my 7 and 3 year olds.

I apply my sunscreen before actually getting to the beach because it is easier, you aren't as likely to miss spots, and you are all set to lay out in the sun. I am also a worry wart when it comes to sun cancer and premature aging (wrinkles!) so I make sure I cover all areas of my body that will or may be exposed to the sun.
I apply a generous and even amount to my whole body, rubbing it in well. Banana Boat sunscreen Lotion is waterproof but you should reapply often if you are in the sun for a long time or you are in and out of the water. It is also moisturizing so you don't have to worry about drying out your skin. Also, you can enjoy the scent of tropical coconuts with this sunscreen!

There's no need to rub them in, and it means I can get my own back without needing help from anyone.:) Yes, it costs a little bit more... but my oh my it is SO worth it!:D
My house always uses at least SPF30, as we're all very fair skinned. My older son tans really well by mid summer, but the rest of us burn the entire time. lol.

Between 10 and 4 in the day I take care of indoor things. I also seem to tan really easy now for some reason. I would suggest though this site.. http://www.nattan.com/ because all of their products are natural and have the real deal for preventing skin damage. Good luck with this.
