I found the Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time by Mark Haddon while browsing the shelves of my favorite bookstore Barnes and Noble, and I'm glad I did. It is narrated by a 15 year old autistic savant obsessed with Sherlock Holmes. This fascinating novel weaves together an old-fashioned mystery, a contempory coming-of-age story and a fascinating excursion into a mind incapably of processing emotions.

I read it a few years back, I thought it was very touching. The story is a bit hard to get into because the main character seems to tell it in a different way, but after a while I got used to it.

I started to read this book and found it to be very boring, I didn't like it at all.
