Does your cat have a strange habit or special talent?  

Voodoo likes goal keeping. She'll jump onto my chair and then we'll throw loads of screwed up bits of paper at the chair. She'll jump and dive and save and catch like a pro-goalie. It's quite amazing to watch.

They both like to hunt socks as well. They both have to be actively kept out of my sock drawer because otherwise they'll have the lot! They're sneaky and obsessed! The funniest was when Zombi had a pair of tights in her mouth by one of the toes and she was pelting down the hall with them streaming behind her.

They also both seem to love being spanked. They go nuts over it. It's bizarre!

My cat taught himself to go to the toilet in the toilet. He will still use the litter box if the bathrom door is closed, however. Now, if only we could get him to flush!

I have one cat who does something like that when I laugh. She gets right up in my face like she is trying to find out where the sound is coming from.
Another cat that I have likes to inspect my husband's mouth. He gets right up in my husband's face and my husband opens his mouth, and Duncan will examine his teeth. I try to tell my husband to keep his mouth closed, but he thinks that it is too cute.

One of my cats, Silver, when I hold him like a baby in my arms (he won't lay on my lap), if I start talking to my husband he takes his paw and puts it across my lips. I swear he's trying to tell me to shut up because he wants to sleep. If I move away and go to say something the paw is right back on my lips.
Oreo likes playing what I call hockey with the dry food. She'll scoop out one piece of dry food with her paw, put it on the floor and then start hitting it around the floor like it's a puck. This goes on for at least 5 minutes. Then if it hasn't gone under anything she'll eat it and get another piece.

I have 6 cats but one in particular named Mr. Bob has a very strange habit. All caughts do that pitter patter thing but I think he takes it to the extreme. He lays down and stretches out on his belly and pitter patters. But if that isn't enough he drools profusely as he's doing it. He also likes to sleep on his back.

Cat, the cat my mom had after my bro brought her back from college, hated whistling. She bit me once on the toe and once on the lip to try & stop me from whistling. I would still whistle around her, but I stopped before she ever bit me again!

She's fascinated with the ceiling fan.. haha

Well my cat coda is a very wierd cat :) she loves paper and not just any kind of paper it has to be small balls of paper. I will ball up a piece and she goes crazy i throw the piece she will run get it and play with it for a bit then when she is ready for me to throw it again she will bring it back to me :) I have never had a cat do this before. I have bought her toys and she will not play with any of them all she wants and is happy with is that small paper balls.

Our babies are amazing aren't they? My cat Kitty can sit on command! I've never saw a cat do this but she will do it (almost:) everytime you say sit. I've had her since she was tiny, she's been raised with our inside dog, sometimes I wonder if she knows she's a cat! Her and the dog play together, and even groom one another. They certainly do "love one another". You can see them together in my profile pictures.

To a Cat, WE are the "strange species" :)

I have a chocolate Siamese female, "Hunter" who by the grace of Isis has 26 toes. She isn't quite a year old yet and is active beyond my capabilities.

If HABIT is correct, certinly they have many, but each are individuals. Hunter avoids CAT TOYS, but has her faves that are MINE. IE: a TV remote I had to give her; Bubble wrap; rings from drink bottle tops; hair scrunchies; my shoes; my other pets; her own food can be a plaything.

She obviously was taken from her mother too soon because she NURSES my shirts when I lay down.

Her greatest talent however is why she has her name. I have NO living "CRITTERS" in my house, as she Hunts anything that moves or flys, and even once a critter that crawls.
