Proper Grammar!

i dont know what you mean by 'english speaking talent' for such a notion is quite odd to say the least! i honestly dont think that people are born to be natural speakers of a particular language. its not in the genes but in the environment and the conditioning of the individual.a child speaks the language spoken by those around it and learns by conversing in the same with others. no one is a naturally born speaaker. fluency can only come with practice of speaking the language. conversing in a language with others is pretty much the only way of improving yourslef. as for improving your grammar and all, i guess the basics have to be taught at the school level,for the english language is adapted for a particualr region by the people living their. you can improve your english by reading books,comversing with others and building up your vocabulary. you definitely will get better as you practice more and more.

It generally happens with all. Only few maintains the standard. Actually when we join office or college, the negligency starts from their. In school time, our classmates, teachers etc make comments on our language and we be in constant touch with grammer spelling etc. But at office or at college this reduces due to hurry or workload. To keep updated grammer, it is better to refer the books at an interval. Spoken is also essential in today's life, but we must be careful at initial stage otherswise this will detiriorate the language.
