Do you have wheezing problem.i suffer a lot during winter season

i have been suffering from wheezing when i was 10 years old.especially during winter i find it very difficult to carry out my routine work.i feel for a person breathing properly is an important thing to lead a healthy life.i have taken all types of treatment to get myself cured..but all in vain.i really feel embarassed to use a inhaler in public places.the problem persist especially during night times and i has several sleepless nights.i have also avoided some healthy food items bcoz of this problem.if you have any suggestions to overcome this disease pls help me out ?
