Do you think you can make a website better than the mylot?

I found many discussions with some suggestions and correction needed like and so on.. Does anybody think a better site can be introdused if given an opportunity? I mean which would pay more and would satisfy the users better than mylot. What do you think personally?

I think I can if I have a BIG money to started new website with same content like mylot. the problem is money when start .
