 I'm sure they're not the only ones either, just the most popular. If you think about what they do it should be obvious to anyone who takes part in the rip off.
Oh I'm not saying they cheat the people who join, of course they wouldn't do that! The scam is perpetrated against the poor advertiser that is offering a nice bonus for people to try their product or service. These are honest businessmen and women who are just trying to make an honest buck and are willing to give in order to receive.
So along comes CC and TT to exploit them, just like Fagin in Oliver Twist (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oliver_Twist ). Instead of picking up street orphans to train as pickpockets, they find Internet Surfers and train them instead. They teach them to sign up for theses offers and just before they have to pay, cancel everything and bring the money back to CC and TT so you can keep a share.
Who do you think is making all the MONEY???? Just like Fagin, they have everyone scrambling to get a piece of the ill gotten gains.

Even if you really want to try them and make money, try making big downline, so others work instead of you. Make real business for real money. Also, if the offer sounds too good to be true, it's probably not true... My 2 cents.

 onedollar (363) | 2 years ago |  I do not agree it's a waste of money and time. It is what it is and if it doesn't appeal to you you shouldn't use it but it can't be called scam. It's free to join so it can't be a wastage of money, waste of time maybe if you live outside the US there aren't many profitable offers. You can still make money from your referrals as non US member.
Look all Cashcrate does is mediate between advertisers and consumers. People sign up for offers and they may stay or cancel, the advertisers know this but are willing to invest money to get a few who stay. That why they have a marketing budget, if they don't use this strategy they spend it for example on billboard ads or TV commercial until the marketing budget is gone.
They do not train you they just tell you you get paid if you join a certain offer and how much it is going to be, wether you cancel after x amount of time is your decision. Maybe you signup for a service you actually like or were going to use anyway, so you might as well get a signup-bonus for it.

As far as them being a scam, I wouldn't know. I have not joined either of these sites as far as I can remember but I will say that I do believe that if you are going to join a program, you should at least help the advertisers, after all, they are the ones who are sponsoring you anyways, right?

| 85. wolfie34 (13926) | 3 years ago |  I did sign up to Cash Crate some time ago but it didn't appeal to me and most of the offers including Treasure Troopers are only for US or Canadian citizens, trouble is most of the make money sites are directed at people who live in America and not outside. I am very wary of scams and only have been caught once, I always go on personal recommendations.

Tonga has no laws regarding business practices. Bux.to steals referrals from you. I had 5 of my friends use my referral link, and only one of them showed up in my downline for Bux.to. I never had that problem with CashCrate.

At the first day I was join, there are a few offer to complete, I tried to completed most of them, but after that day, I didn't receive anymore offers. I can't say that it is a scam or not because few people in my lot mention that they actually receive money from Cash Crate. I don't know, I can't decide.

If an advertisement is shown on a TV infomercial and then I order it and then cancel a trial subscription, is the advertiser going to complain to the TV networks saying they got ripped off? NO. The TV station will still make tons of money from the advertisers. Same with TT and CC. Only that instead of TV, this is the internet. | |

Since the membership is free they are not swindling any money out of you. You are loosing nothing. Also, they have 7 pages of 100% free offers that you don't pay a penny for.
You will have your account deleated if you use fradulent info....I think you should research before making claims.
Scam is a big word.

Everyone know advertising to get and keep subscribers is a risk, thats part of business.
