This is a means of clearing out from the body and bloodstream of impurities such as mercury but it could be anything that should not be there.

Are you being funny? As in "chilling out" which would help hypertension? Or are you meaning chelation-- which helps sweep toxins out of your body? If you get the spelling right you will find hundreds of web sites as well as products that claim to do that. At one time the preferred method was to go to a naturopath and have an IV done to cleanse your bloodstream, but I see many oral chelation products available. Now that being said, I can't give you advice on what is best as I am researching it myself! Good luck
