Do you go outside a lot and walk around your area? Can you just start spending more and more time outside of the house? Things can change a lot if you just change the paradigm. Do something different! Seek the change that may effect a change in your life.

If it got bad enough I would consider throwing all worries to the wind and just start walking away and don't go back. Find food anywhere you can and do whatever you can any where you can do it. You might have to live in a lean-to for awhile.

If you want it bad enough you can make changes just by sheer will. Become a squatter somewhere.

Even if you end up in jail it is something different!

You might not be able to fulfill your dreams but you never know unless you make a change of some kind.

You could and seek assylum somewhere. Nothing will ever happen in your life unless you take risks and do something with it. You have brains and all your senses intact to help you the things that you ought to do. They are there for a reason. Also, you need to change how you view things and start living your life. Even prisoners in a 4x4 cell have learned to do something productive with their lives to keep the boredom and monotony away. You always have the power to fulfill your dreams and no government or person could really stop if you set your whole heart and mind to achieving it. If there is a will...there is always a way.
