Find a location to rock hound East of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

I would like to find a map that will help me locate a rock hounding site that is East of Tulsa, Oklahoma in Wagoner County at some strip mining pits. The map location is 18, T. 18N, R. 1 SE. Is this a section map or an Oklahoma Geological Survey Map or what. How can I get GPS coordinates? The site is said to have gypsum crystals and rosettes.
