Yeah I really hate those sites as well. Guess fruit jucie is the next huge thing.

I'm sure this is true for many, but not for all. We use a brand called Aubrey's Organics that does not contain sodium laurel sulfate or any of the other questionable chemicals often found in shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I was shocked after doing a little reading on that site, at how low the products I'd been using (Johnson's, Huggies, etc.) ranked. Thus the switch to Aubrey's Organics - I figure, better safe than sorry when it comes to my precious child.

I belive it too. i mean the cheap stuff proberly works just as well as the natural products you are talking about if not better.

Well the natural products that I used to sell and still have do not contain any sodium laurel sulfate in them at all when I seen your discussion here I just went and read what mine are made of and this is not even mentioned at all, and with what I use in regard to shampoo it has taken any dandruff out of my hair and has never come back so I think that it all depends on what exactly you are using in regards to natural products, and also all my products last a lot longer than any other product I have ever tried.

Not all natural products are hype. It's unfortunate that some companies (and unfortunately some of the products you unknowingly used on your baby) make these claims. I think that they should be fined as they are misleading and the actual natural products lose their credibility. I research online before I buy a brand that I'm unsure of as I only want to use natural products.

Many are, yes. But there are some real natural products out there. It just takes reading the labels and not buying into big company's marketing ploys.

It's not a baby product, but I heard the commercials about how 7-Up is now "all natural." The number 1 ingredient is high fructose corn syrup - one of the most evil things to be introduced into the american diet. If they want to be "all natural" they could at least use real sugar. Dr. Pepper finally stopped using sugar a few years ago - that was the last "natural" big name soda.

It is not just shampoos and conditioneers. They are dong the same thing with food. Low fat usually does not mean low fat and caffine free coffee still has some caffine in it. I have been complaining about this for years.
