Thinking about buying a digital camera. Need advice!

I have a Casio Exilim 6.0 megapixel which is very neat and compact and goes everywhere with me. I use it for work and leisure and the results are very good - high enough resolution for litho print. If you get a big enough memory card (I recommend 2 gig, they're quite cheap) it has a good video function at very high quality.
Don't know if this camera or similar is available in Australia but it's worth a look.
OS:- if you're buying from a store haggle the best deal you can get and see if they'll throw in a big capacity memeory card/ That's what I did, pretended I'd go to the other camera store in town to see what deal they'd cut me, and it worked!
