how many times do u brush in a day? me only once.

I do brush my teeth two times for sure. Once in the morning and once at night before going to sleep. Also sometime I do brush my teeth if I feel it should be done after eating something.

I brush 3 times a day. I like the feeling of mint in my mouth that is why I want to brush often. I stay up late all the time and minth helps me stay awake! I don't know why but I kinda like it.

I try my best to get in three times per day. Yes, I brush after lunch. Ask your dentist for a whitening solution--doing it without his/her assistance could make your teeth worse....!

hello shekharj!. well i brush like twice or once a day. it depends on the activites that i have for the day but really i brush once or twice a day. before i go out of the house to go to school and before i sleep when i feel like sleeping already.
