dreams  | |  during her teen years, my friend dreamt of being in a war. according to her, in her dreams she saw a huge ball of fire. after that dream, everytime she hears an airplane, she feels terrified and afraid that there is war where she has to hide from an upcoming bomb. the sight of soldiers also makes her afraid... what advise can we give her?

Tell your friend that she needs to see a counselor so that she can figure out why she is so afraid that she feels like she has to hide... my guess is that maybe there was actually something that happened to her when she was younger, but she might be epressing it by developing a phobia to something that really shouldn't hurt her. Reassure her that she is safe, that she has a phobia, and there are ways for prople to treat phobias.
