Do You Hate Brat Kids?

I must say that children that are not trained to be well behaved, do not sit on the top of my "like" list.

When a child behaves in the manner you described, it is not the child that makes me angry, it is the parents. How is the child supposed to know the proper way to behave if he/she isn't being taught by the parents? A child who behaves that way on a regular basis generally does so because they have learned that it gets results.
