Does anyone have any chicken recipes? |
|
I love chicken, and I am looking to find any recipe which has chicken in it. I am willing to try anything. I am just getting sick of ordering chicken from KFC, and want to make a meal from scratch. Don't get me wrong, KFC is delicious, but it does get expensive, and I would rather spend my money on things I actually need. I am a beginning cook, so something simple would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hmmmmm (1687) | 3 years ago | No problem at all. Like I said, you can get really creative. I sometimes use a thick teriyaki sauce and then add a bit of peanut butter (maybe a tablespoon) at the same time.
I forgot to mention that if you go to one of those chef's stores (like the kind you find in an outlet mall), they usually have a bunch of sauces open for tasting. Taste them all, bring home a few, and get cooking!

2. brandi_girl_16 (416) | 3 years ago | Chicken Devon is really good and easy to make! Here are the ingredients and directions to making it:
-skinless, boneless chicken breasts (2-4 large)...however much you want -about 1/2 of a medium jar of Best Foods Mayonaisse -1 large can of cream of chicken -powdered curry to taste -broccoli (how much you want) -American cheese slices (Kraft 2%)
Boil the chicken until cooked and cut into bite sized pieces. Mix everything together except the cheese slices, spread it out into a 9x13 pan and put 1 layer of cheese over the top (side by side). Bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve over white rice and enjoy!! It's very fattening due to the mayo so I hope you're not on a diet!! But it's so good!! One of my favorites, I hope you like it!

5. rainbowzr4ever (220) | 3 years ago | I could give u several we eat a lot of chicken lol this is one of our favorites and it's really not hard. ingredients one whole chicken 1 large can cream of mushroom soup or 2 small ones (brand doesn't matter) 1 package of stuffing (we use the off brand make as directed on box) shredded cheese (we use chedder but use whatever u like) bread crumbs (we use italian but use whatever u like) garlic about a teaspoon salt and pepper to taste get a whole chicken if it has innerds we throw them out. wash it then boil till done. take it off the bone. shred it all. get a casserole dish or a cake pan will work too u r going to layer the pan with a layer of chicken, a layer or stuffing (just use a spatula, spoon or if u r like me your fingers) and then cheese. you keep on doing this until pan is full then u can take a knife and poke holes in it and the reason for that is u put the cream of mushroom soup on top and u want it to go to the bottom also.... you can also take a knife around the sides this helps to keep it really moist. top with bread crumbs just enough to cover the top. Now u can bake in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes or u can do what I do and use the microwave for the same time amount. it makes quite a bit it will definately feed 4 or 6 people we always have left overs. enjoy!!!!

| 8. bakumatsu151 (80) | 3 years ago | I have eaten a chicken preparation and i have cooked ones and it was good. All you need is some pieces of chicken, bell pepper, pineapple teadbits, potatoes, evaporated milk and a little salt. Just sautee garlic, onions with oil, put the chicken, and little salt, and water. Allow to simmer until almost tender, put in potatoes, sliced according to desired sizes, then red bell peppers, and the rest of the ingredients, allow to boil and done, add more salt according to taste.
