To be on top you need to be powerful> Knowledge is Power! So first and foremost thing what you require is to have through knowledge of your field! For that thiung you have to keep yourself updated with current technologies, theories and concepts, to be on the top in this competitive world!

Next comes hardworking, there is no sustitute of hard working! How so intelligent you may be you have to work hard to achieve your goial and to climb the peack and stay on the top! They say there is no shortcut to success, that is very true. To climb a mountain it becomes easier if we select a path which is having a gradual steep, even if we topple we hardly tumble a little bit down which we can definitely make up within a short time! But if we want toclimb a mountain in aperpendicular way like a trckker does then the strain taken is too much and if missed we are directly to the ground without any guarantee of survival! Thus slow and steady but with firm determination we can be opn the Top!

Sincerity, honesty and loyalties though people no long believe in these things for me these words are still magic words and theyu definitely fetch you the results. I am doing verey well today and I always keep these words in mymind!

Lastly you should always have a touch of humanity in your acts. You shpuld not forget that your subordinates after all are human beings and they are not machines, so your approach should be with humanity and you should always encourage them and motivate them by patting them on their backs, toi have one of the best working team for you without whic you can never be on top!
