Hey guys, I have been trying to lose weight and I've been pretty successful with the eating part of it. But I really want to maximize my effort. Does anyone have a good workout routine or something simple. I work full-time and go to school full-time so something easy that I can do would be great. I love cardio but I don't know if I'm doing it right to maximize my efforts. Please help! Any good links would be much appreciated!

My favorite is walking. Walk briskly everyday for at least 30 minutes and work your way up. Last summer I started out easy then worked up to about 4 miles at a time. I never felt better! This winter I wasn't able to walk and I don't feel nearly so healthy... so, I'm naturally excited to see Spring! You might also consider strength training and pilates. Both have done wonders for me.
