i used to have braces. i have that for 2 years, at first it was really hard especially when you just change the rubber but you've got used to it. just a little sacrifice dear...the pain is just normal after some months more.

braces - a better smile from braces
yeah right, i also experienced alot of pain with this braces, specially on my first 4 months. i can't talk to anyone cause i don't want to my mouth is aching so i avoid too much talking. i can't open my mouth that wide as before. now my doctor give me some rubbers for my teeth, i've been using it for two months. now i can easily adjust to the pain it causes. maybe after another year i can smile more confidently. thanks for the braces. lol!

braces - we have to sacrifice for our teeth
hahahaha, i guess that is really the effect of having braces, we lose our weight, we can't eat that much, we cannot also eat all what we want specially those food that are hard to bite. but we can do that after the treatment.

I had to have them removed last year when I was 25. I was game to keep them forever, but alas, they had to come out. I haven't had my wisdom teeth since I was about 14 or 15 years old. They did hurt me too when they came in. the eventually got cavities in all of them and I had a filling put in them. The filling kept coming out and the tooth just got worse. I eventually had to have them all pulled out.

no pain, no gain. :p I have braces for three years already and will be taking them off in May. weeeee. hmm. eat noodles. :p unfortunately, you can't eat hamburgers or any food that you need your front teeth. it's sad. lol. you need to chop them off using a knife if you really like hamburgers. :p

I am on my 11 month now. I have no problem with my eating, I eat any stuffs, I even eat peanuts, except for gums. But if you really find it painful when you eat. Eat all the time, such as muffins, cakes. You have to eat.
