Does anyone else know that the birthplace of Chinese martial arts is India? |
|
Who knew that? The guy's name was Bohdidharma and he was a simple monk looking for a way to simply improve his life with movements based on animals he studied in the wild. He ended up creating the Shaolin Temple that we know today. Does anyone else know of this Legend of Kung Fu? Or do you know of any other really good ones?

Yeah a great exponent of Ynag family Tai ji was Yng Pan Hou and it was noted that he could lie on his back and just by breathing grains of rice that would be sitting on his lower tan tian would shoot up meters into the sky! Wish I could do that man!

Bodidharma had knowledge of Kalaripayattu and passed it on to the Chinese where it evolved to present day Kung Fu.
