|  They were both before my time but they are still around today in music,movies.ect...People still love them and miss them.Which was or still is your favorite and why?I love them both they have their own way about them.James is so cool and sexy in his movies...But their is something about Elvis and his beautiful eyes and his heart of gold.Their was just something about the way he singed a song.Elvis still has a peice of my heart.

| |  Didn't James Dean sing "Teen Angel"? I am trying to place him.. I know I have heard of him, but he isn't in the forefront of my mind like Elvis. Elvis is and was King! I went to Graceland about 15 years ago. I loved it. I believe the legend of Elvis will continue on for generations to come.

| | I live here in Tennessee and i have never been to Graceland iam shamed to say!I bet Grace land was awsome.Years ago Elvis was here in my little town well it wasbefore I was born.But anyway his aunt and uncle lived here and they were very good friends with my grandparents who raised me.My grandparents went their house for supper and Elivis was setting at the head of the table.They said he was so down to earth and so very nice.An older friend of the family stayed at some hospital when he was younger back in the 60's and he said it was close to christams and here came Elvis wearing a Santa suit singing into the hospital ward.He said Elvis gave each one of them a Gold watch for christmas.Elvis is very giving of him self. | | | |

| |  ah,i like Elvis better than James Dean.Elvis is more popular than James Dean i think IMO.he is very good at both of the things when he was alive,singing and movies.only did James Dean had the movie role in him, where Elvis had both movie and singing.that's what made Elvis so popular with his fans back than and today.never again will there be another Elvis.

| |  I find Elvis a very fascinatinf individual. His music and lyrics are one of a kind. I too, am far beyond the generations tht who loved him "in the flesh" but that surely doesn't stop from appreciating music from another era. Now James Dean, he was a great actor and just plain gorgeous.
