Oh, I know what you mean. I can never go to sleep. No matter how tired I am I end up just laying there for hours. It's like my mind wont turn off. I just keep thinking about differant things. It is really frustrating. So, how are things going for you? Are you doing good with that Avon? If I ever get started selling it, fell free to share any tips that you have!

I live in Kentucky too. I can never get to sleep at night most of the time. Maybe it's something in our water..lol Seriously though insomnia is a big problem for alot of people. I have no problem going to sleep if it is raining out and I can hear the rain beating on the roof nothing better to put me sleep. I am thinking of recording it so I can get to sleep better instead of tossing and turning all night my husband thought me being on the internet is what made me stay up all night. Boy was he wrong. I didn't have net for almost a month and I still set up till 3-4 in the morning or later. I even tried giving up caffeine for awhile which all that did was give me headaches all day. Usually if i try to go to bed before my mind is ready it is always spinning off in diffferent directions and I can;t sleep. My mom tried TylenolPM and she says they work great So I am going to try them out some. Maybe they would help you also. I would check with a Doctor and maybe they could give you a prescription for it maybe. Lunesta or however it is spelled is supposed to be good for sleepness nights maybe you should check it out.
