here in philippines, there are lots of cheap computers. i don't know in your place. You can check out the surplus shop, i bet they do have cheap computers. If your looking for brand new, high end computers, it would probably costs you more.

As long as the computer has the the items that you want in it, then the cheapest will do just the same job as a dearer one. Once the computer as done all you ask of it and it is you that has progressed further, then later on a more quality computer can be sought after to provide for your needs.

Hi AMD is very good processor,and not cheaper than Intel. Some say AMD is faster than equivalant Intel.I bought my previous PC at a pawn broker, hock shop and got a really good deal. Try looking in local paper for people selling old PC.

if you want a cheap system then the best is to assemble a computer, the total price will be dependent on how you configure the computer, better performance usually means higher price. but if you're not that computer literate nothing beats a complete system from lets say dell or hp because they have the warranty plus tech support for you.
