Why it is so difficult to get up early in the morning?

I cannot STAND waking up early in the morning. I think its a psychological thing for me though because if Im excited to do something Ill get up as early as a I need to with little problem, but Ive missed so many days this semester because 8:00 is just way too early for me. I dread it though, its terrible rolling out from under the warm blankets and having to go out into the cold=X. I go to sleep early most of the time, like 11 or 12.

i too have the same problem to wake up early in the morning...i awake early.,but i feel hard to get up from the bed..though i sleep early in the night i wake up late in the morning.i dont know why..but my friends are wake up early in the morning and i wonder how.!!!
