It depends. It's very personal and I think you should only talk with friends about it if she doesn't mind, otherwise you wouldn't be respecting her and could make her be embarassed.

even thought im not married.i dont think it is right to talk about it........else u could with her around, maybe u could ith another female relative of urs or even hers for advise.but preferably not otherwise.

H#LL NO. Why are men so inconsierdate to female organs. If your wife has problems talk with her about it dont go blabbing your mouth to your friends. Thats just disrespect. How much embarrasement would she get when yall two are around the friends who you went and blabed your mouth too? How would you feel if your wife when running her mouth to her friends and said you cant perform in bed or isnt satisfying you or that you have a tiny one? Wouldnt be funny then HUH? I cant stand men who runs off the mouth about female problems it is totally disrespect

Absolutely not!!! It's the most basic thing to protect your spouse's privacy. As a husband one should learn to respect his wife's dignity. He can't talk about any of her privacy, especially the physical problems to anyone except for a doctor who is supposed to treat her.
